The Men’s 19th Hole is a men’s only bar located in the Men’s locker room at San Angelo Country Club serving all day Grille menu, daily food/soup specials, host MGA events, and provides a full-service bar experience.
- Job Duties

- Arrive well-groomed and on-time in appropriate uniform
- Provide friendly welcoming to gentlemen dining in the 19th Hole and build relationships with members
- Taking member food and drink orders
- Provide shoe shinning if requested
- Make and serve bar drinks upon request
- Collaborating with the kitchen for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine menu
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
- Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
- Assist with event set up, execution, and bartending as needed
- Daily vacuuming of floors, wipe all tables, and chairs of debris
- Do any job/task requested from supervisor
- Ensure bathroom area (toilets, sinks, showers) are clean and well maintained and bath towels are replenished, and old ones are in dirty hamper
Qualifications
- Leadership skills that demonstrate positivity, being proactive and a team player
- Positive can-do attitude
- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
- Willing to work longer than 8hrs a day if needed
- TABC and food handler certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.25 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
