The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that materials and products are sourced efficiently and effectively to meet our operational needs. Your role requires financial planning, strong analytical skills, an understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
Duties
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, production, and sales to forecast demand.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Experience and passion in product development

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and materials management practices.
- Proficient in logistics operations and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with sourcing strategies and vendor negotiation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with suppliers and our team.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Business, supply chain management or related field degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
