A Brief Overview
The Merchandise Representative of Retail Services is responsible for overall management of product / inventory for the retail stores.
What you will do
- Responsible for facilitating lunch breaks as well as working scheduled shifts in the store as needed.
- Responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders and shipments in timely and efficient manner.
- Restocks sales floor and executes product displays as directed by Store Manager.
- Assists in physical inventory preparation and count. Researches inventory discrepancies such as negative on-hands and shortages.
- Completes cycle counts as necessary.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom so that merchandise can be moved from back stock to selling floor with ease.
- Completes necessary shipment claims by inspecting packages for damages and contacts vendors as needed.
- Assists in, displaying and selling merchandise for off-site events.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- Associate's
- Experience in a retail selling and/or warehouse environment
