We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Admissions Representative / Enrollment Advisor / Inside Sales Representative. This is a full-time, on-campus position focused on outbound calling and student engagement with ATA College offering technical, vocational, and career training in the fields of healthcare, IT and business.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a goal-driven environment and is passionate about helping individuals take the next step in their educational journey.
SCHEDULE: Must be willing to work M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm - 3 days per week, 2 days per week 10am-7pm.
Key Responsibilities for Admissions Representative / Enrollment Advisor / Inside Sales Representative :
- Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to engage prospective students
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand each student’s goals and match them with the right program.
- Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Clearly explain program features, benefits, outcomes, and enrollment steps.
- Follow a proven and successful process
- Accurately track interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Stay adaptable in a fast-changing environment with new program offerings and updates.
Qualifications for Admissions Representative / Enrollment Advisor / Inside Sales Representative :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Previous experience in sales, admissions, recruitment, or customer service a PLUS
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Confidence in handling objections and moving conversations toward enrollment decisions.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- A passion for education, career advancement, and student success.
- Ability to pass background check

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
