Metal Finishing Specialist

Description
As a key member of the finishing team, you’ll perform blending, polishing, deburring, and manganese phosphate coating on parts, sub-assemblies, and components. You’ll work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure all parts meet specifications and are finished to the highest standards.
About the Role
- Use power tools to debur and blend parts, sub-assemblies and components, as specified.
- Manganese phosphate coating of parts, sub-assemblies and components, as specified.
- Perform chemical analysis of the solution for manganese phosphate coating.
- Documents and performs in-process inspections.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
About You
With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, you take pride in your craftsmanship and thrive in a hands-on, fast paced environment. You work well independently or as part of a team, and you’re driven to produce consistent, high-quality finishes that meet rigorous standards.
Education:
- High School Diploma required.
- Technical degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
