Position Summary:
Responsible for supervising technicians within the East Tennessee region. This position is remote, reporting to the Morristown, TN location. This position will also manage technicians in the Knoxville and Johnson City, TN location. You must be able to travel between locations with minimal overnight stays. You must be s self-starter achieving targeted sales and profits and providing professional customer service. Assists with sales pertaining to the chemical and beverage program. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner while providing accurate and timely information. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Approve employee hours.
  • Attain targeted sales and profits as determined by business goals; establish and manage departmental budget. Review department's profit and loss margin. Control budget and expenses.
  • Oversee processing of bills for payment within assigned area.
  • Solve sales and service problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where standardization exists. Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems. May provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
  • Oversee schedules for service or installation within assigned area.
  • Train others in the sales and service process.
  • May maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment; may install and test various equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Required Experience: A minimum of 1 year in commercial foodservice equipment installation and/or foodservice equipment sales. A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience

Valid driver's license required.
