Now Hiring: Experienced Cannabis Horticulturalist – Paradise Valley, Montana

We are seeking a Mid to High-Level Cannabis Horticulturalist to join our cultivation team in Paradise Valley. This is a hands-on, boots-in-the-grow position. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with RDWC (Recirculating Deep Water Culture) systems and be comfortable managing large-scale cannabis plants ("trees").
Position Details:
- Schedule: 5 days/week (25–30 hours weekly on average, more during harvest)
- Harvest Time: Expect 40+ hour weeks during peak cycles
- Compensation: Very competitive wages based on experience
- Location: Paradise Valley, MT – local applicants preferred!
Requirements:
- Proven experience with RDWC systems (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Current Montana residents highly preferred
- Must be reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
