AP/AR Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA- Onsite
Contract: 1+ Year
Pay rate: W2 hourly
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash applications, A/P, and other tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and collaborate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Applications: Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently. Process mail, deposit, scan, and upload customer checks in the Atlanta office.
A/P: Process checks to vendors in a timely manner, validate and update system notes to ensure accurate payment tracking and documentation, mail checks out, and support month-end closing tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience in AR/AP, cash applications, or general accounting
· Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Onsite essential position, 9am-6pm est everyday.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
