Job Responsibilities:
Experience with disaster restoration is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities include:
- Fire Damage Restoration: Board-ups, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning, pack-out of contents
- Water Damage Mitigation: Water extraction, drying, minor demolition, pack-out
- Trash removal and jobsite cleanup
- Material and supply delivery to job sites
- Mold Remediation
- Restoration: Contents cleaning, manipulation, minor repairs/punch-out tasks
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency calls
IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required to start — we will help you earn them!
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift and manipulate 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces as needed
- Availability for a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend and overnight availability required for emergency work
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Valid driver’s license required
