As a Mobile Data Entry Operator at Mother Home Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of patient data into our electronic health records system. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity will support our healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our clients. Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update patient information using mobile data entry software while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as necessary to ensure high-quality data for healthcare operations.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to gather necessary information for data entry.
Assist in troubleshooting data entry software issues and report any technical problems to the IT department.
Maintain a daily log of completed tasks and report on data entry metrics as required.
Required Skills and Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in data entry or healthcare information management preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, particularly in a healthcare or administrative setting.
Proficiency in mobile data entry applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry processes.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Conditions
