We’re looking for skilled mobile detailers who are serious about growing with a company as we move toward opening our physical shop. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are reliable, take pride in high-quality work, and want to be part of a team-focused environment.
Initial Training Period (First Week):
During this time, you’ll work part-time alongside a team member in one of our mobile vans, assisting with vehicle detailing at customer locations. You'll receive hands-on training and be paid daily while we assess your fit with the team and verify your experience.
After Training:
Once fully onboarded, you’ll operate your own fully equipped van and handle jobs independently. Compensation will include a base salary, commission, and 100% of your tips. Your earnings will reflect your speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Full-Time Availability:
- 5–6 days per week
- Choose your days off

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive vehicle detailing (exterior wash, wax, interior vacuuming, stain removal, etc.)
- Apply surface protection treatments as needed
- Conduct post-detail inspections to catch imperfections or damage
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on car detailing experience
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to work at a steady pace
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow directions and be a team player

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
