Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. Your expertise in cleaning, buffing, and maintaining vehicles will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for automotive care.
Duties
- Perform thorough exterior and interior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vehicle, including carpets, upholstery, windows, and dashboards.
- Conduct pre-service inspections to identify any specific customer requests or vehicle issues.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services as scheduled.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
