Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate mobile products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized stock of products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Employ basic math skills for accurate pricing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with mobile technology and products is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
