Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Network Solutions Architect to lead cutting-edge initiatives in 5G network automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across mobile network domains (RAN, Core, OSS, Transport), strong knowledge of field operations, and hands-on experience with automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI in telecom environments.
This role is hybrid/onsite, with a preference for candidates located in Seattle, Dallas, or Kansas City, but top talent from other US metro areas will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead E2E 5G network automation initiatives across RAN, Core, OSS, and IP/Transport.
- Define and execute use cases for automation in site design, build, operations, and E911 readiness.
- Develop technical documentation: HLDs, LLDs, PRDs.
- Apply AI/ML and Gen AI to enhance network reliability, efficiency, and predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to align technology with business goals.
- Act as the technical lead and key problem solver on automation-focused network architecture efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the mobile network domain, with recent focus on 5G.
- Strong field-level understanding of RAN, site deployment, E911 readiness, and NOC operations.
- Proven experience with network automation, including AI/ML and Generative AI tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating detailed technical architecture documents (HLDs/LLDs/PRDs).
- Ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement across complex telecom environments.
