In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling mobile products. As a Mobile Expert, you will engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and ensure that our inventory is well-stocked and organized. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide knowledgeable assistance will be key to enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their mobile product needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of mobile devices.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure that products are displayed attractively.
- Process transactions efficiently while handling cash with accuracy.
- Engage in retail sales activities, utilizing retail math skills to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to cater to diverse customer needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Experience in cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to sell mobile products confidently.
