Come work with an adult female in her home, with your care and compassion, you can assist her in Somerset, WI
The schedule is part-time. She is flexible working with the hours you are available. There are approximately 4 hours per week to be split between Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Pay rate: $19.43 to $20.52 per hour
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Help her to get ready for the day including dressing assistance.
Minimal personal care.
Light housekeeping.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
Making breakfast.

Who is Community Horizons
Community Horizons provides support to individuals and families enrolled in self-directed care programs across Wisconsin, including services through Managed Care Organizations, IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), and the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) program.
Self-direction allows participants to make their own choices—selecting who provides their care and how those services are delivered.
