Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a positive and secure environment. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Safely operate a charter bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed,
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Manage passenger behavior effectively to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.
- Document any incidents or issues during transit accurately.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other staff to coordinate schedules and routes efficiently.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 25 years old
- Can read, speak and write fluently in English
- 2 Years CDL Driving Experience, and possess valid CDL
- Have or the ability to obtain both Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements
- Have or ability to obtain a DOT Physical
- Previous experience driving a motorcoach is preferred but we will train.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times.
