We’re looking for reliable, physically strong, and customer-focused movers to join our team. This is hands-on, labor intensive, fast-paced work where your performance directly impacts your pay and advancement speed. Pay
- Tips: $800-$1,600 per month ($5-$10 per hour).
- Lead Movers Start at $17 per hour, and the pay goes up to $19 per hour. With tips, you should be expecting to make $22 to $29 per hour. $25.50 per hour on average.
- If you show an exceptional level of skill, and make happy customers consistently, you may advance to and beyond your top pay quickly.
- If you're hired with experience, you may skip training and advance beyond your top pay in your first week depending on your level of experience.
Movers will be paid $15 per hour during training, which could last anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your level of experience, ability to quickly learn how to work fast and efficient, make happy customers, learn proper lifting techniques, and how to stack furniture like Tetris!
Day-to-Day Work
- Drive in a 26ft non-CDL box truck with the crew to customer’s homes.
- Pack, wrap, load, and unload household goods I.E. furniture & boxes.
- Disassemble/reassemble furniture.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly work environment.
- Work with a 2–6 person crew.
- Deliver excellent customer service every time.
Requirements
- Pass a strict background check.
- Live within 40 minutes of Addison (75001).
- Strong, physically fit, able to lift up to 100+ lbs repeatedly, 200 pounds independently up and down stairs, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members throughout an 8+ hour day.
- Availability to work full time, 4+days/week.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude.
