Summary
We are seeking a reliable, high-energy, Multi Unit Working Manager to oversee operation across three franchise locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will spend part of your shift working the front counter (register) and the other half ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently - reviewing staffing levels, food prep quality, ticket times, cleanliness, weekly sales, food and labor goals, connect with catering customers via food sample drop in visits, reviews maintenance needs and paperwork.

Responsibilities
Daily (per location):
* Work the register or frontline position for ~4 hours per store visit
* Review labor schedules, inventory, and cleanliness standards
* Audit cash handling and point-of-sale reports
* Assist in resolving customer issues and supporting team morale
* Follow up on maintenance issues or equipment repair needs
* Review catering orders or local store marketing tasksWeekly:
* Rotate among all 3 stores based on a preset schedule
* Submit weekly report to owner outlining:
* Sales and labor insights
* Staff performance notes
* Maintenance or vendor issues
* Opportunities for improvement *
* Support hiring and onboarding of crew and shift leads
* Communicate and uphold franchise standards across all locations
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years restaurant management or shift lead experience
* Ability to work frontline positions (register, expo, dining room)
* Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills
* Comfortable with simple admin tools (Excel, scheduling, basic reporting)
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
