Compensation:
$1,000 to $1,100 per week

About the Family: A warm and welcoming family in Columbia, MD is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their twin newborn daughters. Both girls were born healthy at 36 weeks and are currently on a formula feeding schedule every 2.5 to 3 hours. Daytime naps are based on natural cues and routines are still developing.
The family is looking for a nanny who is nurturing, energetic, and experienced with infants—especially multiples. The ideal candidate will help maintain feeding and sleep routines, provide developmentally appropriate stimulation, and assist with light infant-related household tasks.
One parent works from home in a private office and is available if needed, but generally remains out of the way during work hours.
Nanny Responsibilities:
- Full care of twin newborns during scheduled hours
- Preparing and feeding bottles
- Monitoring and supporting infant nap routines
- Diaper changes and hygiene care
- Engaging in age-appropriate play and interaction
- Supporting the twins' physical and emotional development
- Light baby-related housekeeping (bottle washing, baby laundry, tidying nursery)
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Experience caring for newborns (experience with twins a plus)
- Calm, reliable, and engaging personality
- Knowledgeable about infant developmental milestones and cues
- Physically active and capable of managing twin care independently
- Organized and confident in creating smooth daily routines
- Comfortable working in a home with a remote-working parent
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong understanding of feeding and sleep routines
- Ability to multitask and manage care for two infants simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
