- Obtain and maintain company and supervisor licenses in multiple states
- Oversee project compliance with federal and state asbestos regulations
- Support local teams with training, project oversight, and best practices
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to grow asbestos-related revenue
- Help vet and onboard subcontractors in non-licensed states
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with all regulatory changes and industry trends
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation
Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations
- Experience managing field teams and multi-state operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company
