If you have experience selling ERP solutions (especially NetSuite) and a background in solution consulting or complex enterprise software sales, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: from cold outreach and pipeline generation to closing new ERP/NetSuite deals.
- Hunt for new business opportunities.
- Translate client challenges into tailored ERP/NetSuite solutions, partnering with solution consultants as needed.
- Own and exceed your sales quota with measurable results in pipeline, deal size, and win rate.
- Collaborate in a lean team, wearing multiple hats when needed (hunter, strategist, closer).
- Represent the brand with energy, adaptability, and a numbers-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales DNA – Hands-on, hunter mentality (not just managing teams or accounts).
- ERP / NetSuite Experience – Proven record of selling ERP solutions (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Quota Performance – Consistently achieved/exceeded quotas in the past 3 years.
- Deal Size & Wins – Comfortable with complex sales cycles, enterprise clients, and large deals.
- Consulting Background – Bonus if you’ve worked in solution consulting or partnered closely with presales teams.
- Metrics-Driven – Fluent in your numbers: quota attainment, win rate, average deal size, sales cycle
- Adaptability – Thrive in a lean, fast-paced team, willing to roll up your sleeves.
