Overview:
Through our Care@Work services, Care.com provides access to the world's largest network of care providers for backup child and adult care and ongoing care for children, seniors, pets, and the home. We are seeking a Network Relationship Specialist to build and maintain relationships with our network providers, and to ensure program quality and fulfillment goals are being met. The Network Relationship Specialist will play an integral part on the Provider Network team by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for network providers and offer excellent client service to deliver Care.com goals and initiatives.
Work Environment: Hybrid - Onsite Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Office Location: 2801 North Central Expressway, 11th Floor Dallas TX
Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support manager on day-to-day team inquiries, priorities and reporting needs
- Communicate effectively with external and internal teams for seamless onboarding and activation of agency providers to support fulfillment
- Build and maintain positive relationships with agency providers
- Handle agency provider contract negotiations and renewals
- Negotiate preferred pricing with network providers as appropriate
- Manage agency provider communications, conflict resolution, and compliance
- Ensure all required documentation for network participation is accurate and up to date
- Review, evaluate, and communicate provider network performance via monthly and quarterly reports to ensure quality standards and contract terms are being met
- Rely heavily on reports to identify trends to support business decisions and drive strategies to positively impact fulfillment rates and quality scores
- Track network and agency quality scores and fulfillment rates weekly, monthly, quarterly using data from multiple sources
- Support team on tracking agency provider invoices to ensure accurate billing reports and payments are made
- Identify and execute on process improvements
Required Skills:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (i.e. Account Management, Business Development, Provider Network Relations)
- High level of initiative & ability to work autonomously and with teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace & Salesforce
- Experience in reporting, summarizing, and evaluating data
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., servicing, marketing, legal, finance)
- Demonstrates great attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly in a changing, growing, fast-paced work environment
- Easily adapt to changing workflow requirements
- Ability to problem solve efficiently
- Manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills as well as demonstrated problem-solving capabilities

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
