General Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repairs, configures and maintains networks communication systems. Supports and give maintenance to our main client servers and escalates problems that cannot be resolved to appropriate next level.
- Assemble and configure computer components and associated services. Set up and maintain basic network operations, including assembly of network hardware, and provide assistance to the network administrator.
- Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required. Install upgrades and configure network printing, directory structures, rights, security software and files services. Provides users with network technical support.
- Responds to needs and questions of users concerning their access of network resources. Establish network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed. Installs and test necessary software and hardware.
- Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from a four (4) year accredited institution.
- At least one (1) year of related experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
- Ability to quickly identify customers' needs and find accurate solutions.
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Good diagnostic skills.

- TCP/IP PC image installation
- Basic knowledge in routers, switch and telephone
- Basic knowledge in network cabling
- Able to move heavy objects
- Must have the availability to travel to the western region of the island and/or any other designated area.
Monday to Friday from7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
