We are a growing Integrative Holistic Medical Clinic located in Downtown Castle Rock, seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic team member to support both the front office and clinical side of our practice. This hybrid role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on work as a Neurofeedback Technician. No prior clinical experience is required — all training is provided onsite.
Position Details:
- Part-time contract position
- Currently 3+ days per week
- Flexible hours available
About the Role:
Your time will be divided between administrative duties and providing direct patient support through Neurofeedback Mapping and Training. You'll play a key role in helping patients dealing with acute and chronic issues related to the body, heart, and brain.

Responsibilities
- Conduct neurofeedback sessions while ensuring patient comfort and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with patient intake and provide behavioral health support as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the needs of individuals with neurological and or musculoskeletal disabilities.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records management
- Experience working with children and adults with
- Ability to collect and communicate data effectively
- Understanding of special education and care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.88 - $23.10 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
