We're seeking a New Home Specialist who shares our passion for delivering homes that are both beautiful and enduring.
As a New Home Specialist, you'll play a critical role in both selling and delivering custom homes with excellence. This client-facing position includes new home sales, design coordination, selections management, estimating support, and internal project coordination.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
New Construction Home Sales
· Welcome prospective buyers and guide them through the custom home process
· Provide detailed information on floor plans, pricing, specs, and features
· Build rapport, qualify buyers, and follow up consistently
· Maintain CRM or lead tracking and sales documentation
Client Selections & Design
· Coordinate design appointments and vendor visits
· Help clients choose materials, finishes, fixtures, and colors
· Ensure selections stay within budget and timeline
· Maintain selection sheets and approvals
Project Support & Estimating
· Collaborate with internal team to track budgets and schedule
· Assist with estimating, vendor quotes, and bid analysis
· Communicate change orders and selection updates to construction team

Requirements:
- 2+ years in residential new construction, design coordination, or project management
- Familiarity with estimating and selections software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
- Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of the home building processes
