Responsibilities –
* Presenting our sales process while guiding clients through our standard specifications & features.
* Communicating the necessary steps & time table from initial consultation to the completion of a home.
* Greeting prospective customers and providing an introduction to our Products and Services.
* Help clients design or select the right floor plan to meet their specific lifestyle needs.
* Qualify prospective clients. Utilize costing resources to ballpark project costs so that a proper size/style home can be designed.
* Continuously evaluate and update all sales tools, which includes what is displayed in our models as well as those available on our websites and within our office (samples, displays, color selections, etc.).
* Develop a plan to ensure attainment of your personal sales goals.
Qualifications -
* The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the construction industry, basic house plan & design knowledge, excellent communication skills and a strong computer background.
* Must be able to establish great customer relationships while providing superior customer service.
* Passionate about helping clients design and build their dream home.
* Candidate must possess the highest level of ethics and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
