We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator & Scheduler with eClinicalWorks expertise to streamline patient intake and scheduling for cutting-edge interventional pain treatments. Your role will be the first step in a patient's journey toward pain relief—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate communication every step of the way.

You’ll be the backbone of our care team, making precision scheduling and referral management effortless for patients and providers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Coordination:
- Process and track new patient referrals swiftly and accurately.
- Work with referring providers to ensure seamless referral intake and documentation.
- Verify insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, and medical necessity before scheduling.
- Optimize provider schedules for maximum efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient experience.
- eClinicalWorks Utilization:
- Enter and track referrals, appointments, and procedure scheduling in eClinicalWorks.
- Ensure proper documentation, minimizing delays and compliance risks.
- Generate reports to analyze referral patterns, scheduling efficiency, and patient volume.
- Patient & Team Collaboration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new patients—helping them navigate their pain care journey.
- Communicate closely with providers, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure flawless scheduling workflows.
- Address patient inquiries with professionalism, compassion, and clarity.

- Strong proficiency in eClinicalWorks for referral tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in patient coordination.
- Excellent communication abilities, making every patient interaction positive and seamless.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pain management, neurology, or orthopedics.
- Knowledge of insurance requirements and referrals.
- Experience optimizing scheduling workflows to enhance patient access and provider productivity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
