Our Guest Service Representatives create a hospitable guest experience while performing tasks at the front desk. The GSR is a member of the Welcome Team and is a vital position to us as it provides the first impression of our brand. We’re looking for a Night Shift Front Desk Clerk to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations, running daily reports, laundry and light cleaning. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. The current schedule has this shift working Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday off and then the next week its Wednesday-Saturday. You will alternate with the other graveyard person so you can each have a three-day weekend every other week.

Ability to work nights and weekends. 11pm-7am Wednesday through Sunday
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work safely
Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire
Responsibilities
Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
Help prepare for corporate audits
General cleaning, including public bathroom, folding laundry
Snow removal and ice melting
