About Camp Lucy:
Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Camp Lucy is a premier resort and event venue offering luxury accommodations, world-class dining, and unforgettable experiences. Our team is dedicated to ensuring every guest’s stay is exceptional, and the Night Auditor plays a vital role in maintaining our high standards.
Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for performing close-of-day procedures for the hotel, organizing and verifying daily activities, identifying and correcting discrepancies, and generating reports. This is a part-time position, primarily on Sunday and Monday nights, with occasional relief for vacations.
Hours: 11 PM to 7 AM Attire: Polished Camp Lucy polo with khaki or black pants, comfortable walking shoes, and a name tag to be worn at all times.
What You'll Be Doing:
Accurate Reporting: Produce timely and accurate reports while handling all cash transactions with precision.
Reconciliation: Follow specified procedures to reconcile cashier’s reports with the food and beverage system each night, researching and posting any unresolved tickets from day shifts.
Breakfast Assistance: Assist with breakfast set-up and the creation of food and beverage items for guests.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep a clean and tidy workspace in the Front Office to ensure a welcoming environment.
Cash Management: Close out the cash drawer after each shift and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest accounts for accuracy.
Credit Card Processing: Transmit credit card batches and complete daily management and accounting reports along with supporting documents.
Guest Support: Assist with guest emergencies and evacuations during nighttime hours and respond to housekeeping-related requests.
Additional Duties: May assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Availability: Willingness to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Compensation:
Hourly Wage: $21.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings through exceptional service.
