MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Night supervision of site and personnel
- Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment
- Communicate effectively with client, on site personal, day supervisors and operations managers
- Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift
- Completion of necessary shift paperwork.
- Responsible for training of positions under your supervision
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear
- Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures
- Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift
- Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Day Supervisor, Field Superintendent and Operations Management
