Night Auditor – Fairfield Inn & Suites
Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience with Marriott’s FOSSE system, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately balance daily guest accounts and hotel transactions using FOSSE.
- Perform nightly audits, prepare reports, and reconcile all revenues.
- Handle late-night guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest service needs.
- Monitor property security and safety overnight.
- Assist with setup of breakfast area as needed.
- Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with FOSSE is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently overnight.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
