Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ninja Warrior Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate is good with kids and physically fit. This role involves teaching and mentoring participants in various courses and physical activities, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes skill development, confidence, and fun while training.
Duties
- Coach kids 3 - 17 on ninja warrior equipment safely
- Provide instruction and guidance to students on techniques, strategies, and rules of the gym.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages participation & skill improvement.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain discipline during practices and events.
- Collaborate with other staff members to organize events, competitions, and training sessions.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions and events.
- Engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
Experience
- Previous experience in Ninha Warrior is a huge plus.
- Proven background in sports, sports coaching or teaching physical education is very helpful.
- Experience working with children or youth in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to manage behavior in a positive manner while promoting fun and cooperation among participants.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 15 per week
