Essential Functions:
- · Provide direct supervision of staff which includes developing a training plan for new hires, responding to and managing the daily needs of employees, monitoring employee performance and progress towards professional goals, approving time sheets, requests for leave, and other administrative requests.

- Work in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources to ensure that all employees meet and maintain basic core competencies, have professional development plans, receive at least an annual performance appraisal, and when needed, receive appropriate progressive disciplinary action per agency policy and procedures.
- Work in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer to develop, monitor, and maintain assigned budgets and cost allocation plans.
- Work in collaboration with the Chief Development Officer to seek and solicit grant funding to support program initiatives and activities.
- As part of the senior leadership team, assist in the development and implementation of the agency’s strategic plan, shared goals, events, advocacy efforts, outcomes, and projects.
- Build rapport/relationships with staff, interacting with them in a respectful, caring manner.
- Respond to client concerns or complaints in accordance with agency requirements.
- Identify and direct evidence-based curricula, and ensure all programming is delivered to the highest standard, to include the development, tracking, and reporting of client outcomes.
- Develop partnerships with other organizations who provide supportive services which address Social Determinates of Health and other barriers to economic self-sufficiency, using a team approach to help clients reach their goals.
- Proactively seek out new opportunities and resources to assist in the professional development of staff.
- Network, participate, and attend related meetings with other relevant agencies.
- Ensure all client records are maintained and updated, using all assigned databases to track client progress.
- Identify individual or group workshop sessions on related topics which enhance programming.
- Plan, implement, facilitate and/or attend special events in the community.
- Maintain current electronic calendar which is accessible to other staff and accurately reflects tasks and appointments.
Requirements:
- Ability to successfully pass Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance, with an acceptable motor vehicle report.
Salary:
- This is an Exempt position based on a 35-hour work week. The minimum starting salary is $50,960.00 annually.
