Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Offer counseling services to individuals with developmental disabilities and address gender issues as needed.
- Implement applied behavior analysis strategies to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in clinical research to stay updated on the latest developments in psychotherapy practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Skills
- Strong background in patient care, particularly with individuals facing developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in psychopharmacology and its application within therapy sessions.
- Experience in child family counseling, addressing the unique needs of children and their families.
