Compensation & Perks
- $136,000–$163,000 annual salary (DOE)

Your Role
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan (avg. 18–20 patients/day)
- Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests in accordance with state and IHS guidelines
- Offer preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education
- Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and collaborate with the care team and community resources
- Foster trust and communication with patients and families in a culturally competent way
What You’ll Need
- BSN and Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted California NP license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
- Commitment to health equity and serving tribal communities
