Florida Men’s Health Center is currently hiring a Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Fort Lauderdale team. Ideal Candidate Traits:
We are seeking a team-oriented provider who is either experienced or excited to learn and grow within men’s health. You'll work alongside a tight-knit clinical and administrative team and have the autonomy to impact lives meaningfully.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct evaluations for low testosterone and prescribe treatment under physician protocols
- Administer intramuscular injections, Trimix, shockwave therapy, and PRP-based treatments (P-Shot)
- Perform comprehensive wellness and ED consultations
- Collaborate with medical assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Help maintain patient census and ensure optimal patient satisfaction and retention
- Stay compliant with Florida state and federal medical standards
Qualifications:
- Active FL license as a PA or NP
- Active DEA and Controlled Substance license (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable with or open to training in hormone replacement therapy and sexual health procedures
- No history of malpractice claims or board complaints
- Experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, or wellness medicine preferred
