We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, working closely with a Physiatrist in skilled nursing facilities.
Benefits:
- True Work-Life Balance: No on-call, no weekends, no after-hours charting. Design your own schedule and be home in time for dinner every night.
- Supportive Environment: Join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and professional growth.
- Expertise Training: Receive in-person, on-site training and ongoing development to stay at the forefront of patient care.
Compensation Structure Overview:
Our compensation model is based on an RVU (Relative Value Unit) structure, offering team members full autonomy over their schedules. You have the flexibility to work at your own pace while being rewarded for your efficiency and productivity. The more patients you see, the more RVUs you generate — leading to higher earnings. This structure empowers you to manage your time independently while ensuring your efforts are directly reflected in your compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying and managing medical conditions under the supervision of a Physiatrist.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on pain management and improving patients' quality of life.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, including medication management and therapy recommendations.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a valid Washington certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities or a similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Ideal Candidate:
You are a compassionate, driven individual with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of your patients. You have a natural ability to connect with people and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Your dedication to providing high-quality care and improving the well-being of others makes you an ideal fit for this role.
If you are passionate about patient care and looking for an opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling environment, we encourage you to apply.
