Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients across all age groups
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
- Order and evaluate lab work, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle management
- Coordinate referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Engage in quality improvement and care coordination efforts
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license
- Graduate of a U.S.-accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
(Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted)
- DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of outpatient family medicine or primary care experience
