Our Company is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Hospitalist team. We are a patient-focused group committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hospitalist physicians to manage the care of adult inpatients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Provide cross-coverage for admitted patients and assist with admissions and discharges.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant.
- Previous hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered).
- Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
