```Responsibilities```
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is clean and organized
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Manage and update filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for new employees
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Able to make Create social media marketing posts
```Experience```
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, )
- Adobe express

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff members
