Job description
We have an immediate opening for a part-time Office Clerk/Accounting Assistant. This person must be a highly self-motivated person with a positive attitude who loves to learn, help, and assist others when the need arises.
Position Responsibilities:
· Billing processor
· Maintain electronic customer files
· Cross train to assist our Installation Department, Service Department, and Dispatcher.
· Special Projects and more as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of a variety of computer software skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
· Ability to work individually or as a team within all levels of the company
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience:
· High School or equivalent GED
· Office experience for at least 1 year

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, apply range of motion within hands and fingers, including sensitivity to touch, and use a computer.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 20-24 hours Monday-Friday exact hours TBD.
