About this Role

We are seeking an experienced project delivery professional to lead complex Office IT infrastructure projects from initiation through to successful implementation. Based in Cairo, the role is accountable for delivering new capabilities, service releases and upgrades across international markets, in line with agreed scope, schedules, budgets and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders while managing project risks, dependencies and governance requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Initiate projects effectively, secure the appropriate approvals and establish clear governance arrangements.
  • Define and agree project scope, deliverables, implementation plans, success measures and acceptance criteria.
  • Organise cross-functional project teams to deliver agreed outcomes within established schedules and budgets.
  • Identify, engage and regularly communicate with stakeholders across local markets, technical functions and senior leadership teams.
  • Build stakeholder commitment to project objectives, priorities and delivery plans.
  • Manage multiple complex projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, quality and expenditure against approved baselines.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation actions.
  • Translate long-term technology roadmaps and priorities into structured programmes of work.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions meet operational requirements and are ready for transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Promote solution stability throughout design, implementation and operational handover.
  • Coordinate resources across a portfolio that may include up to five concurrent projects and approximately ten allocated team members.

Who you are

  • You have a strong record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget and against agreed specifications.
  • You have experience managing multiple complex projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
  • You have worked within international, matrix-based and multicultural environments.
  • You have experience delivering on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure projects.
  • You can implement large-scale solutions across multifunctional and multinational organisations.
  • You can translate complex service scenarios into clear and practical solutions.
  • You have experience developing and presenting business cases for complex projects or programmes.
  • You have established senior customer and stakeholder relationship-management capabilities.
  • You understand project budgeting, cost control, governance and risk management.
  • You can coordinate high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams.
  • You communicate clearly in written and spoken English and can deliver compelling presentations to executive and senior management audiences.
  • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or another scientific or technical discipline.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications are preferred.
