Responsibilities
- Supervise and train store staff, including assistant managers, to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store goals while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations.
- Interview potential candidates and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
Skills
- Must have experience in a dental office
- Proven experience in store management or as an assistant manager in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to retail operations.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
