About Our Practice:
KidPT is a fast growing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Wellness center focused on helping children meet their potential while creating a positive experience for the entire family in the process. We help children move, learn and feel better to become healthier, more confident, and live their best lives.
We are located in Raritan, NJ (Somerset County) and have grown from a one-person mobile therapy practice to an 12 person team, and now have a beautiful 3,000 sq ft facility just off the Somerville Circle.. We offer a variety of services including Specialized Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, Summer program to support neurodivergent children, Fitness/Wellness Clubs, Educational Workshops and School Contracts. We are ready to grow so we can continue to increase the offerings in our community. We are looking for the perfect next team member to help us do that!
That’s Where You Come In:
We are looking for a competent individual to help with managing the rapid growth of our business while maintaining the CEO's vision. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to assist with recruiting and employee retention, along with fostering deeper relationships with customers and employees. This person will be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously to help us achieve our overall goals of growth this year. Candidates will have experience performing quarterly reviews of staff, identifying areas for improvement. Strong candidates will also have experience preparing reports for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Manager Meetings. Your job will be to assist with all aspects of the daily operations of our clinic to ensure it runs smoothly.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience with managing a team of 10+ people
- Has experience building, hiring, and training a team (as well as fire when necessary).
- Is process and system oriented
- Has experience working with company KPIs
- Has strong analytical skills and can draw insightful conclusions from data/KPIs
- Is skilled at planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting in an efficient and productive manner
- Has the ability to focus on key priorities
- Has the ability to follow through on commitments
- Is a quick learner with the ability to understand and absorb new information
- Has strong attention to detail, not letting important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Is persistent and has the willingness to go the distance to get something done
- Is proactive and can act without being told what to do
Our Schedule:
- This role can be Part Time or Full Time.
