Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone appointments
- Inform patients about payment methods and process credit cards
- Register patients and collect necessary information
- Maintain updated records of appointments and payments
- File and Post Insurance
- Organize patient flow within the office
Skills
- Work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
