Summary of Position
The job performs general clerical support to Incoming Transcripts office
within Student Services. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
processing incoming transcripts, scanning documents using document imaging system, and
assisting students and staff. The position may also assist in posting evaluated credit for
nontraditional learning and processing degree plans for ArmyIgnitED servicemembers,
servicemembers from other branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, veterans, and civilians.

Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
Four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and one-year wage earning clerical experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with MS software including MS Word, Excel, and Access with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
- Ability to adhere to specific procedures
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work without extensive supervision
