Summary
We are seeking an On-Call Property Manager to join our team at Saint Louis LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing certain operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing the overall living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Enforce Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi) to track maintenance requests and manage tenant information.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, including maintenance costs and tenant improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in real estate management.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively.
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and vendor management.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or CMMS is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive tenant interactions.
