Part-Time On-Site Assistant Leasing Agent/Coordinator
Position Summary
Join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Leasing Agent/Coordinator at a multifamily property in Delta, Colorado. Under the supervision of the Property Manager and Leasing Agent/Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day operations, resident relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping create a well-maintained, welcoming community.
Please note: The Leasing Agent/Coordinator is not on-site every day. On Thursdays and Fridays, you will be the only employee in the office, with remote support available from the Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Clubhouse is open and presentable during scheduled hours on your assigned workdays, particularly when the Leasing Agent/Coordinator is offsite.
- Serve as the sole on-site staff member on Thursdays and Fridays, working independently while receiving remote support from the Property Manager.
- Support leasing efforts, including tours, follow-ups, and using company-approved methods in compliance with fair housing laws and company policy.
- Assist with processing rental applications according to established screening criteria, under the guidance of the Leasing Agent and Property Manager.
- Help with marketing vacant units when needed, including posting to online platforms or updating listings.
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance and external vendors for work orders and repairs.
- Participate in move-in and move-out inspections with residents and document conditions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the community spaces.
- Respond to resident questions, maintenance requests, and concerns with professionalism and care, referring issues as needed to management.
- Promptly report emergencies, accidents, or unusual incidents to management.
- Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely resolution and communicate delays clearly to residents.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings and required training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respectfully interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a residential setting.
- Comfortable with basic computer use (email, digital forms, property management software).
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service, leasing, or property management experience a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Tuesday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Compensation: $16–$17 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
