IPERC is looking for experienced educators to join our Ready Global Academy team. The successful candidate will have a passion for international education and for helping students learn, grow, and develop. Ready Global Academy instructors will teach online courses in a variety of subjects to international high school students, so candidates should have experience teaching high school students. Class times are flexible and can be built around an instructor's schedule and availability.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver a daily lesson plan
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
- Provide a variety of learning materials for use in educational activities
- Observe and evaluate student performance and development
- Assign and grade class work, assignments, and tests
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Communication
- Previous teaching experience
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solver
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
- High energy level
- Flexibility
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Experience working with ESL or international students
- Experience teaching online

Ready Global Academy: The Ready Global Academy (RGA) allows international high school students around the world to take courses through Bishop Ready High School (Columbus, OH) and earn credit for U.S. high school courses.
